Welcoming and friendly personell. Parking on site. Clean and functional rooms. Proximity to town. Good breakfast.
No other facilities available e.g. restaurant, bar, communal room. No English speaking TV programmes e.g. Sky news or CNN. Everything was clean and functional but not very inviting.

Lovely Hotel with a car park if you book it. Staff were friendly & helpful. The Hotel is near the Town centre & the Castle. Good WiFi.
Only thing was a shower rose which kept sliding down. Just a little annoying.

We booked a double room for 1 night and had a very pleasant stay. It had a large bathroom, which is always an advantage. The location was excellent and wonderful, close to restaurants and a concert hall.

Its location was comfortable, close to all amenities, and in a nice cosy area. Also, Safa and Marwa Hill was 3 km away. A personal safe, central heating, and a work desk in our double room were useful during stay. A bath in the open bathroom was a plus

The hotel is situated very close to the the Schweriner Altstadt and it is only a few minutes walk to the castle and garden. Still, it was silent in the hotel, no disturbing noises from the road. Quite nice breakfast buffet. The room was nice and really clean. Parking facilites in the back-yard (limited number) for a reasonable fee (€4,50).
One of the beds needs to be replaced (bad springs). Parking in the back- yard, your car can get blocked in by other guests cars, can be problematic when leaving early in the morning.

Everything was very good. the staff were incredibly helpful. the location is absolutely perfect, right by the castle and near the city center, the old town, and tram lines. We stayed in a well-furnished room with a bathtub and enjoyed a very comfortable bed.
